This retreat is for professionals who want to increase their impact on their environment in order to boost their
entrepreneurship and boost their careers.
What to expect?
During this retreat, we work on your influence challenges: important situations where you want to
convince someone of something. For example: convince a customer or prospect during a sales pitch
convincing a client or propect to work with you, convincing a colleague to help you, convincing an investor
convince an investor to invest in your project, etc.
The starting point for this retreat are the 7 principles of influence and the Cialdini method. In addition
the facilitator of the workshops puts all his experience, tools and techniques at your disposal to work together
find solutions with you to the challenges you want to tackle.
By whom?
This retreat is delivered by Luc Cipers. Luc has been full-time in the
trainer profession. Cipers’ interventions are characterised by his strong focus on interpersonal
communication. According to him, the key to success therefore lies in developing
persuasion by gaining more insight into the behaviour and communication of others. More
than 17,000 professionals from home and abroad have since been coached by him and strengthened
their self-confidence and charismatic talents thanks to him.
He is a Certified Business Trainer (KI, Geneva), Cialdini Certified Professional and Founding Member of
Cialdini Institute, Business Consultant (TFC, London) and LEGO Serious Play Facilitator (Rasmussen,
Copenhagen).
Luc is also the author of several books that were very well received, including ‘The Obama
factor’ and “The Cialdini Method”. He regularly takes the stage at national and international
conferences and events to pass on his knowledge and experience in an inspired and playful way.
